1. Information We Collect

We collect "Client Data" (files, transcripts, evidence you upload) and "Usage Data" (how you interact with the UI). Client Data is strictly confidential and is used solely for the purpose of generating your legal documents. We do not sell Client Data.

2. How Your Data is Managed

Client Data is processed by our "Evidence Engine." This data is temporarily cached in secure memory during the drafting session and stored in encrypted databases for your future access. You retain full ownership of all data uploaded to Legalitize.

3. Data Sharing Policy

We do not share your data with third parties, except: (a) strictly necessary infrastructure providers (e.g., AWS) who are bound by confidentiality agreements; or (b) when compelled by a valid court order.

4. Cookie Policy

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. By using our site, you consent to essential session cookies.
